Guiding Minds to Thrive

Five therapists are partnered together as independent business owners who are taking the politics out of mental health, allowing the ability for quality outpatient treatment without the stress of being part of a large entity.  Our mental health clinic is located in Oak Creek, WI.

Our mission is to provide outpatient counseling services and to help our clients understand their past and present experiences. We specialize in outpatient treatment with a customized plan that is tailored to the needs of each client. In addition to providing guidance, our therapists implement psychoeducation to promote healing through processing, insight, and skill-based modalities. Our qualified, licensed therapists practice therapy with a value-based design, offering a warm and welcoming environment that ensures confidentiality and support, while helping our clients overcome barriers in day-to-day living.

In-person and telehealth sessions are provided.

LPC, NCC, ADHD-PT, ADHD-CCSP,CCTP, ASDCS

Mental health therapy bears resemblance to physical therapy in that it can be challenging and uncomfortable before one starts to notice positive changes. As a therapist, my goal is to assist you on your path and aid in attaining the best possible quality of life through the development of a therapeutic relationship within a secure and comforting environment.

My specialization lies in insight-based therapy, which empowers clients to understand their thoughts, emotions, and actions. It's crucial for my clients to gain awareness of their identity and the reasons behind their behaviors. Additionally, I employ skill-based modalities, educating them on how each skill effectively manages their symptoms.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. My treatment specialties encompass anxiety, depression, grief, infidelity, and behavioral addictions, including pornography, sex, and masturbation. Furthermore, I have earned dual postgraduate certifications in adult ADHD treatment, as well as certifications in Autism, Sex Therapy, and Trauma.

Jennifer Pozorski

LCSW, CSAC, ICS, CEDS-C, CIR

I am a dually licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience helping those struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and substance abuse. Each person has unique experiences that shape them and guide how they approach life. I believe that feeling understood by your therapist creates an environment for vulnerability, resulting in growth and insight. I will create a nonjudgmental space for you to explore your struggles, recognize your strengths, and help you learn ways to start healing. I will be compassionate, while also holding you accountable to yourself and your goals.

I am a certified eating disorder specialist. I treat those struggling with anorexia, bulimia, and specialize in treating binge eating and emotional eating. I treat the co-occurring mental health issues that contribute to the eating disorder. I challenge diet culture and practice from a HAES (Health At Every Size) framework.

Together, we can work towards freedom from negative thoughts, food rules, and body shame while becoming grounded in your values. I look forward to being a support for you and helping you find your inner strength as you grow and heal into the person you want to be.

LA Clark Counseling

Leslie Clark |

LPC, CSAC, CIR

I have a solid foundation in mental health and substance abuse counseling having worked with both adolescents and adults for the past thirteen years. I enjoy working with college students and believe that being a student in today's world can be challenging with the pressures of academics, peers, and self-discovery. I appreciate working with adults to gain high self-confidence and self-esteem. It is very powerful for me to watch as clients gain inner strength for themselves in their lives. I specialize in DBT, family dynamics, anxiety, depression, communication skills, stress management, and addictions. I am accepting new clients!

I am dually licensed which can be a benefit in working with any type of client dealing with a variety of issues. I consider it important in today's society due to the struggles with dual diagnosis. My specialty in DBT benefits clients to find a balance with emotions and logic. I like to meet clients where they are at providing a gentle and direct approach.

I believe it is brave to start one's therapeutic process. I appreciate connecting with someone on a very personal level. I find it very important to build a strong therapeutic relationship for the person to feel heard and to gain trust. It is a goal of mine to guide clients to meet therapeutic goals. I will challenge clients to reach their fullest potential.

Kelly Stewart | LCSW

Are you seeking your path for dynamic and meaningful change in an inclusive healing environment? Together we can pursue practical mindfulness and wholehearted living to address a variety of life stresses and challenges. Our work together will include creativity and humor as we navigate healing and growth while "keeping it real".

My approach includes cultivating self-compassion, radical acceptance and dialectical thinking (DBT) while embracing authentic emotions, the mind-body connection and the capacity for inner wisdom within each of us. I embrace the philosophy of Dr. Brene Brown's and strive to "stay awkward, brave and kind".

Are you pursuing a journey for yourself that includes both embracing acceptance and empowering meaningful change? If so, I invite you to contact me and we can explore this together.
